Once you've decided to hire Sales Advocate Consulting we will contract services for either business consulting or sales training - Process One or both Process One and Two.
After visiting your business prior to signing the agreement , I will gather details and create a SWAT( strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis for you. This analysis will be the cornerstone of our relationship demonstrating the tasks we will accomplish together.
Process One involves discovery and feedback- which may be all you need to determine how to improve your existing sales process.
Process One and Two involves discovery and feedback plus training for your team and one follow up visit, six weeks out.
Sales Advocate offers you an opportunity to have new employees trained- during a monthly session that takes place away from your practice. This training will align with the rest of your team and the on site training that has already taken place.
